INTRODUCTION

Blacos d.o.o. provides accommodation services in accordance with General Terms and Conditions, and with the period and details of the confirmed reservation. Blacos d.o.o. is a company registered in Slovenia with the registered company number 21998469 and registered office address at Cesta Prvih Borcev 28a, 8250 Brežice.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

For reservation you credit card details are required. Prepayment is not needed. Your credit card will be charged for 100% room price 7 -5 days before your arrival. If you wish to pay at camp reception upon arrival please inform us about this is the comment section when making your reservation. Free cancelation is possible up to 7 days before your arrival. For cancelation please call us on +386 31 836 929 or email us on booking@blacos.si. Your credit card will not be charged if cancelation is done on time. Changing the dates of your arrival is only possible up to 7 days before your arrival.

RESIDENCE TAX

Please note, that payment of tourist tax is mandatory in Slovenia! According to the law, each adult guest must pay 2.50€ per night and children 7-18 years 1.25€ per night. Resort tax is also required for processing your reservation and is payed directly to Terme Čatež 1,5€/person. We will collect tourist tax adn resort tax upon your arrival at autocamp reception. All taxes are already included in price.

RIGHT TO CANCELLATION

Blacos d.o.o. reserves the right to change, modify or cancle a reservation in case of circumstances caused by conditions beyond its control that cen not be predicted, avoided or rectified. Booked accommodation can be subtituted only by an accommodation unit of the same or higher category and the price confirmed during booking, provided that customer is notified ahead of time.
